  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, was born of a virgin, was wholly God and wholly man, lived a sinless life, died in our place as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose bodily from the grave, and ascended into Heaven.  He is seated at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Mediator. (John 1:1-4, 14; 10:30; 14:1, 9; Philippians 2:5-11; Colossians 1:15-19; 2:9; I Timothy 2:5; Titus 2:13; Hebrews 1:1-7; I John 1:1-4; 4:1-3; 2 John 9-13)
  • We believe that salvation is the gift of God to man.  This gift is effected by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and it produces works pleasing to God. (Ephesians 2:8-10)
  • We believe that water baptism is an act of obedience to the command of Christ and is by immersion after salvation.  It is a symbol of the cleansing power of God and a testimony of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19-20)
  • We believe that God the Holy Spirit is active in convincing unbelievers of their need for salvation, and is the Comforter and Guide Who lives in every believer to empower them to yield the fruit of the Spirit.  After the believer is born again, he can ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and can receive the filling of the Spirit.  When this happens, spiritual gifts will begin to be manifested in the life of the believer. (Zechariah 4:6; John 14:15-26; 16:7-16; Acts 1:8; 5:3-4; Matthew 28:19; Romans 8; I Corinthians 12:13; 12-14; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Galatians 5:22-26; Ephesians 1:13-14; 4:30; 5:18-21; I Thessalonians 5:19; 2 Peter 1:21; I John 4:2; Revelation 2:7)
  • We believe that the Lord’s Supper is the commemoration of Jesus’ death until he comes, and should be observed always by solemn self-examination.  We believe that participants in the Lord’s Supper should be born again believers in Christ Jesus. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
  • We believe that God wants to transform, heal and prosper us, so that we can live blessed and victorious lives that will impact and help others. (Psalm 128)
  • We believe that we are called to preach the gospel to all nations. (Matthew 28:19-20)
  • We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is literally coming back to earth again just as He promised. (2 Timothy 4:1)
  • We believe that man is a special creation of God, made in His image, but that through the sin of the first man, Adam, mankind fell so that all men are sinners and need salvation. (Genesis 1:26-31, 1 Corinthians 15:21-22)
  • We believe that every person who is truly saved is eternally secure in the Lord Jesus Christ. (John 10:28)
  • We believe that those persons who die in their sins without Christ spend eternity in Hell and those persons who die with their sins forgiven through Christ spend eternity in Heaven. (Luke 16:23, 1 Thess. 4:17)
  • We believe that the church is the local body of baptized believers with the Lord Jesus Christ as the Head. (Scriptures to compare: Matthew 16:18; Acts 2; I Corinthians 11:20-34; 12:13; Ephesians 3; I Timothy 3; Titus 1)
  • We believe that through prayer, each believer has direct access to God through the Lord Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 4:16)

We bless you in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
